Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber deployments, wireless builds, and network upgrades. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while upholding the industry’s highest safety standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and permitting, coordinate with clients, and drive continuous improvement in performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in telecom or utility construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (NESC, NEC, local codes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients/stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold safety-first culture on telecom construction sites.
• Lead planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects (fiber deployments, small cell installations, wireless tower builds).
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools.
• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with standards.
