Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, high‑impact telecom infrastructure projects across North America. You will drive delivery of fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds while maintaining schedule, scope, and budget in line with safety and quality standards.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize operational performance, and pursue new project opportunities, all within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, leading large, complex builds.
Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting, and industry standards (NESC/NEC).
Experience leading teams, managing subcontractors, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Champion safety-first culture and ensure environmental standards are met on telecom sites.
Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects including fiber, small cells, and tower builds.
Manage risk, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and pursue new telecom project opportunities.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using standard tools.
Implement the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with telecom standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
Establish and manage project cost tracking, reporting, and documentation.
