Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma accepted.
• Knowledge of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and codes.
• Ability to lead teams, manage subs, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety-first culture on telecom sites.
• Plan and execute large-scale telecom projects.
• Manage risk, permitting, and client communications.
• Identify and pursue new telecom opportunities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Implement Project Quality Plan and ensure standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
