Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking experienced Senior Superintendents to lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale fiber installation projects across North America. You will develop project plans, monitor performance, and mentor field staff while ensuring safety and quality.

This site-based role requires travel to various Ledcor offices and project sites; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in telecommunications construction superintendent roles.

Responsibilities

Meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
Develop Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs; oversee incident investigations.
Review and update construction schedules; address delays and contribute to project schedules.
Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project.
Participate in subcontractor, supplier selection, procurement and negotiations.
Set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents.
