Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to lead the enterprise VoIP platform, including design, implementation, and ongoing optimization. You will work with site leaders and technical teams to ensure secure, reliable communications across the network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and Cisco/Alcatel-Lucent certifications; on-call rotation and occasional evenings/weekends are involved.

Responsibilities

• Lead unified communications projects to completion.
• Design and support enterprise VoIP infrastructure and related software.
• Provide tier 3 support and incident response within SLAs.
• Monitor VoIP systems and collaborate with help desk and vendors.
• Develop enterprise technical project documentation and standards.
• Coordinate MACDs and maintenance with vendors.
