• Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP solutions (CUCM/UCCE/UCCX) and voice architecture.

• 60% Voice Services Engineering and Design duties for UC Davis Health.
• 30% Voice Services Implementation across projects and operations.
• 10% Voice Services Monitoring and Troubleshooting to ensure performance.
