StarTekk is seeking a Senior VoIP/Network Engineer (UCCE preferred) for a 100% onsite role in Atlantic City, NJ. The candidate should have 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise voice and network infrastructure, with deep expertise in VoIP technologies and routing architectures.

The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing SIP/RTP, call control, and real-time voice networks, while leading complex troubleshooting and network capacity planning.

• 15+ years hands-on experience in enterprise voice and network infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco contact center technologies (UCCE) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computing or telecommunications.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect enterprise VoIP and IP telephony solutions.
• Lead implementation of SIP, RTP, and call control protocols.
• Troubleshoot voice quality issues including latency, jitter, and loss.
• Manage dial plans, call routing, and call flow design.
• Architect and manage enterprise networks: routers, switches, firewalls.
• Implement TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, VPN for real-time voice.
• Support Unified Communications / UCCE environments and integration.
• Lead troubleshooting, RCA, and mentor junior engineers.

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior VoIP / Network Engineerwith15+ years of hands‑on experiencein enterprise voice and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VoIP technologies, advanced networking, and troubleshooting complex, large‑scale communication environments. Experience with Cisco contact center technologies (UCCE) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architectenterprise VoIP and IP telephony solutions

Lead implementation ofSIP, RTP, and call control protocols

Troubleshoot complexvoice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)

Managedial plans, call routing, and call flow design

Architect and manageenterprise network infrastructure(routers, switches, firewalls)

Implement advancedTCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and VPN solutions

Optimize networks forreal‑time voice traffic and high availability

Lead network performance tuning and capacity planning

Unified Communications / UCCE (Preferred)

Support and integrateCisco UCCE / Contact Center solutions

Work withICM, CVP, and CUCM environments

Troubleshoot and optimizecall center routing and IVR systems

Leadership & Troubleshooting

Leadcomplex troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams onenterprise projects

Security & Compliance

Ensuresecure voice and network architecture

Implementbest practices for compliance and data protection

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field

Experience withCisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise)

Knowledge ofICM, CVP, CUCM

Certifications:CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
