Qualifications

• Eight-plus years of technology sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across Cloud, Software, Data/Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps, and Architecture.
• Proven success engaging passive candidates for competitive tech roles.
• Expertise in talent mapping, market research, and advanced sourcing methods.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, and sourcing analytics.
• Strong understanding of tech skill sets, org structures, and talent trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technology roles.
• Build/maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence to identify target companies and skills.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders to align sourcing with workforce plans.
• Utilize advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, networks, referrals, and events to find high-demand talent.
• Lead initial outreach, engagement, and qualification conversations with candidates.
