PrideGlobal in New York City is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing & Research professional to join the talent organization. The role emphasizes talent intelligence, market research, data-driven sourcing, and workforce insights to influence hiring strategy and build long-term pipelines.

You will partner with recruiting leadership and business stakeholders to understand talent landscapes, translate data into recommendations, and advance sourcing best practices across a global organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of cumulative experience, including at least 4 years in talent sourcing, talent research, recruiting, talent intelligence, or related discipline.
Experience in large, complex organizations with hands-on sourcing and strategic talent research.
Strong ability to translate research into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
Lead direct-sourcing initiatives and craft data-driven sourcing strategies.
Conduct talent market research, competitive intelligence, and workforce trend analysis.
Analyze recruiting data to identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
Translate research into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Build talent maps and identify hard-to-reach talent in competitive markets.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders on workforce planning.
Serve as a thought leader in talent intelligence and sourcing.
