The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end management of offers, onboarding, and process improvements within Global Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring technology professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree required; financial services experience preferred and exposure to quantitative/analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles across geographies and seniority levels.
• Advise senior stakeholders on the talent acquisition process including market intelligence, sourcing strategies, search execution, interview feedback and offers.
• Identify and implement creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Source, screen and assess candidates for open positions at all levels across Technology and related functions.
• Drive recruiting activities and maintain relationships with candidates, business units and HR colleagues.
