Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Technology Sourcing Recruiter with extensive experience identifying and engaging exceptional talent across Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, DevOps, and Architecture.

The ideal candidate brings advanced sourcing expertise, a data-driven approach, and a proven ability to engage hard-to-find passive talent in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for critical and emerging technology roles.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research to identify target companies, relevant talent pools, and emerging technical skills.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand workforce plans and align sourcing efforts with business priorities.
• Use advanced search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, professional networks, referrals, and industry events to identify high-demand talent.
• Lead initial candidate outreach, engagement, and qualification conversations to assess technical experience, career goals, and overall alignment.
• Provide actionable insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and evolving technology skills.
• Partner with Diversity Strategy teams to build inclusive pipelines and expand access to underrepresented technology talent.
• Track and report sourcing activity, candidate engagement, pipeline health, and other relevant performance metrics.
• Evaluate and recommend new sourcing tools, technologies, and practices to improve talent identification and engagement.

Qualifications
