Qualifications

Eight+ years of technology sourcing and recruiting experience.
Experience spanning Cloud Engineering, Software Development, Data/Analytics, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, DevOps and Architecture.
Proven success engaging passive candidates in competitive technology markets.
Skilled in talent mapping, competitive research, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology hiring needs.
Identify and engage active and passive candidates across technical domains.
Build and maintain pipelines for current and future opportunities.
Conduct talent mapping and research target companies and skills.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to align sourcing priorities.
Use advanced search techniques, social platforms, and events to reach candidates.
Conduct initial conversations to assess candidates’ technical backgrounds and fit.
Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
Track sourcing activity, engagement, and pipeline progress.
Evaluate tools and practices to improve talent identification.
