You will build pipelines, lead direct-sourcing initiatives, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 7+ years’ cumulative experience noted.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cumulative experience in talent sourcing, research, or related fields.
• At least 4 years in talent sourcing, talent research, or talent intelligence.
• Experience in large, complex organizations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
• Lead direct-sourcing initiatives and data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Conduct talent market research, competitive intelligence, and workforce trend analysis.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate research and data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build talent maps and identify hard-to-reach talent in competitive markets.
• Partner with TA, HR, and business leaders on workforce planning.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in talent intelligence and sourcing.
• Strengthen external talent networks and advance sourcing best practices.
