New York Life's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Technology Recruiter with deep expertise in hiring across Cloud, Software Engineering, Data, and AI. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, designing and executing talent strategies to attract and hire top technical talent.

You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market insights, and strong partnerships to build diverse pipelines of highly skilled professionals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven success sourcing technical talent in a competitive market with focus on diversity.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and innovative recruiting strategies.
• Proficient with an ATS and recruitment analytics to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full life cycle recruiting process across technical and professional roles, focusing on Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML openings.
• Own a requisition load of 20–25 roles, balancing specialized technology hires with broader professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define talent strategies aligned with evolving technology roadmaps.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, skill availability, and diversity representation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Guide and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure equity and a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with the Diversity Strategy team to ensure inclusive hiring practices are embedded into every stage of the process.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns and report progress regularly.
