Posting Number 2016529T Job Description Summary Department Summary Enrollment Marketing and Operations seeks a technology and business process professional to support and optimize systems that advance the university’s enrollment objectives. This position serves as a key liaison between enrollment stakeholders and technical partners, translating business needs into effective system solutions that support recruitment, application processing, communications, and enrollment operations. The role evaluates business processes, gathers and documents requirements, coordinates system enhancements, conducts testing and validation activities, and supports the implementation of new functionality across enrollment technologies including Slate CRM , PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and reporting platforms. Working closely with enrollment leadership, information technology partners, and external vendors, the position provides expertise in system optimization, reporting, data stewardship, and process improvement. The successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical aptitude with an understanding of higher education enrollment operations, helping ensure systems effectively support strategic enrollment goals, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision making.

Enrollment Marketing Pay Rate Target hiring range for this role is $68,299-$92,205. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position, while also considering internal equity.
This position has the option for hybrid or fully remote work. Flexplace agreements will be determined upon hire.
This position must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
