Enrollment Marketing and Operations seeks a technology and business process professional to support and optimize systems that advance the university's enrollment objectives. This position serves as a key liaison between enrollment stakeholders and technical partners, translating business needs into effective system solutions that support recruitment, application processing, communications, and enrollment operations. The role evaluates business processes, gathers and documents requirements, coordinates system enhancements, conducts testing and validation activities, and supports the implementation of new functionality across enrollment technologies including Slate CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and reporting platforms. Working closely with enrollment leadership, information technology partners, and external vendors, the position provides expertise in system optimization, reporting, data stewardship, and process improvement. The successful candidate combines strong analytical and technical aptitude with an understanding of higher education enrollment operations, helping ensure systems effectively support strategic enrollment goals, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision making.
Works with colleges, schools, and departments to understand and define IT business needs. Develops and recommends solutions. Plans implementation, integration and maintenance of solutions into business process or system design.
Manages and resolves complex and ambiguous issues. Works on both strategic and operational challenges, addressing problems that require advanced knowledge and experience. Often takes on leadership roles in projects or initiatives.
Provides mentorship and guidance to team. Infrequently has a limited number of direct reports.
May have budgetary responsibility for small-scale projects or initiatives.
Solves complex problems, often with limited guidance.
Works independently; seeks guidance for unusual situations.
Collaborates with team members and external departments. May represent the team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is primarily desk-based and involves extensive use of desktop computers. Occasionally, the job may require travel to attend meetings and programs.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Enrollment Marketing
Target hiring range for this role is $68,299-$92,205. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position, while also considering internal equity.
This position has the option for hybrid or fully remote work. Flexplace agreements will be determined upon hire.
This position must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
