Job Description Summary: The Associate Director, Clinical & Workforce Experiences provides operational leadership for strategic initiatives that advance the online student experience and support institutional enrollment, engagement, and retention goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Affinity Programs & Student Engagement, this position leads the implementation and continuous improvement of ExperienceHub and other strategic initiatives by developing scalable processes, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and building the operational infrastructure needed to support institutional growth. Working collaboratively with academic colleges and university partners, the Associate Director translates strategic priorities into sustainable operations, ensuring initiatives are implemented consistently, efficiently, and with measurable impact. The position develops systems, processes, and operational models that increase institutional capacity, improve organizational effectiveness, and enable OHIO Online to scale innovative programs and services.

Work Schedule: This role is a hybrid position requiring approximately 1 day per week at the Athens campus. Normal business hours are 8:00-5:00 ET, M-F with occasional requirements outside of normal business hours. Expected hours worked per week 40+. Expected duration of assignment Ongoing.
