Senior Techno Functional HCM Cloud Consultant

Looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud OTL & Payroll Modules, including all Techno Functional components of Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR.

Additional experience in Fast Formula, HCM extracts, and BI reports is required.

Experience with evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI is preferred.

End-to-end accountability and ownership of project deliverables are essential.
