Job description

The Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant will provide technofunctional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on modules such as Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Health and Safety.

This role involves designing and reviewing functional deliverables, performing testing and data validation, and supporting integration and training efforts across HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technofunctional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Health and Safety.
• Develop and review functional designs, configurations, and testing deliverables.
• Create and maintain BIP, OTBI, and FDI reports in Oracle HCM.
• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration analysis and design.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and data conversion validation.
• Coordinate with users for testing and conduct training sessions on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases based on business scenarios.
• Document and report test results.
• Perform data validation using HDL loaders and support data conversion processes.
• Conduct interface impact analysis and coordinate with downstream system owners.
• Lead technical design sessions for integrations.
• Provide training and support across all HCM modules.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of technofunctional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Expertise in Oracle Fast Formula and Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Absence Management, Time and Labor, Health and Safety.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and Absence Management.
• Experience in creating BIP, OTBI, and FDI reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proven ability to perform testing, data validation, and training.
• Strong understanding of HDL loaders and integration processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conducting end-to-end integration testing.
• Ability to analyze business scenarios and prepare relevant test cases.
• Exposure to enterprise HCM platforms and downstream systems.
