Location: Raleigh NC, Richardson TX, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, or Hartford CT

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with strong leadership skills. The candidate will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to analyze various processes, act as a functional lead and advisor, and translate business requirements into solution designs. The role involves communicating complex designs to stakeholders, working in on-shore/off-shore models, managing delivery, and driving automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 11+ years of IT experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree
• Willingness to travel for major milestones
• Experience in 2-3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
• Techno-functional or functional resource with a focus on HCM domain
• 5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support as a Functional Consultant
• Experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management modules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer science or relevant field
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI
• Ability to identify functional design issues and suggest alternatives
• Experience with upgrades, best practices, production support, and system integrations
• Leadership, coaching, mentoring skills, and experience in a global delivery environment
