Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Senior Techno Functional HCM Cloud Consultant with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, along with skills in HCM extracts and BI reports. This role requires end-to-end accountability for project deliverables and experience with Oracle Redwood UI transition.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, and Benefits.
• Experience with Fast Formula and HCM extracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Work on the evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI.

Mandatory Skills: Oracle HCM with (Core HR, Payroll, OTL)

• Looking for hands-on experienced with 8+ Years oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management and Benefits
• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud OTL & Payroll Modules and all Techno Functional components of Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL & Benefits along with Core HR
• Candidate should also have experience in working with Fast Formula, HCM extracts and BI reports.
• Experience with evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI.
• End-End accountability and ownership of projects deliverables
