Role: Oracle HCM Implementation Solution Architect

• 15 years as Business/Applications or System Analyst supporting Oracle Payroll and Benefits Cloud modules
• Hands-on experienced oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Payroll, Absence Management, OTL and Benefits modules.
• Strong Emphasis on Solution design and experience in coming up with innovative solutions for complex business problems.
• Strong experience setting and configuring Oracle Payroll-and Benefits Cloud modules. Experience with VBS Personalizations and Oracle Redwood UI. End-End accountability and ownership of Payroll related modules.
• Skills/Experience Understands annual business cycles and how to set up configurations.
• Experience in configuring Payroll, Absence and OTL modules with a strong understanding of legislative requirements
• Able to write and debug fast formulas, BIP reports, VB Personalizations, Payslip template modifications
• Ability to document requirements and functional specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes
• Query writing and execution, data validation and analysis.
• Experience writing use cases, test cases, and test scripts, configurations, reports, and inter
• faces for all common SDLC test phases, including FIT/SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR test phases.
• Experience using Jira is a plus
• Experience leading functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation, problem negotiation, and mediation.
