Qualifications

• Experience developing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, reports, manuals, procedures, process guides, proposals, and other business or technical publications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to grammar, style, and document quality.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs, PgMs, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and update material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instructions, catalogs, and related publications.
• Refine work of writers and coordinate activities of writers on technical material.
• Apply industry practices, standards, and document control processes.
• Develop solutions to moderate-complexity problems in documentation.
• Coordinate with SMEs and program managers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Represent the organization on specific projects and support proposal development.
