Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical writing and documentation
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise documentation
• Experience coordinating with SMEs, PgMs, engineers and stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office and document collaboration tools
• Familiarity with content management systems and publishing tools
• Experience with proposal development or government contracting a plus

Responsibilities

• Write and update technical publications, manuals, briefs, proposals, and related materials
• Coordinate with writers and SMEs to ensure accuracy and quality
• Apply industry standards and style guides across documents
• Manage multiple writing projects with tight deadlines
• Support publication processes and document control
• Represent organization on project-related activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
