• Familiarity with content management systems and document repositories.
• Experience with government contracting or defense-related publications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and update material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, and instruction books.
• Refine and coordinate the work of writers on technical material.
• Apply industry standards and best practices in documentation.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly publications.
• Collaborate with SMEs, PgMs, engineers, and stakeholders to validate information.
• Publish and manage documents across relevant repositories and workflows.
• Support proposal development and government contracting efforts.
• Represent the organization on specific projects when needed.
