Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior technical training professional to design and deliver instructor-led and blended learning across enterprise IT environments. You will develop content for server, network, and platform administration and evaluate training effectiveness.

Experience with DoD, IC, or federal programs is highly valued. A TS/SCI clearance and related degrees are preferred, with strong collaboration and project management skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with DoD, IC, or Federal government training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop training content supporting server, network, and platform administration requirements.
• Deliver competency-based training for users of technical systems using varied instructional methods and learning technologies.
• Analyze engineering documentation, system specifications, technical manuals, and operational procedures to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, laboratory exercises, assessments, and performance-support materials.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and maintain related metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate training product development with engineering, technical writing, and program support teams.
• Shape technical learning from task analysis through course development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
