Job summary

Leidos seeks a Technology Instructor to join a high-performing Agile team in the Intel Sector's CABA. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform environments, delivering certification-focused training and instructional content.

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, labs, and assessments; performing evaluations; and coordinating with engineering and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field with 12+ years of experience (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of instructional systems design or curriculum development experience.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training in IT/networking environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Working knowledge of Linux administration and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training using varied instructional methods.
• Analyze documentation to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
• Maintain and update WCI products and docs.
• Coordinate product development with engineering and technical writing teams.
