Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a highly experienced instructional designer and trainer with a strong background in enterprise IT, networking, and server administration. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and US citizenship, plus 12 years in technical training and 5+ years in instructional design.

You will develop and deliver technical training solutions across Windows Server, Linux, and related tools, create comprehensive training materials, and manage multiple

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience in technical training, instructional delivery, curriculum development, and/or technology-focused education.
• Five (05) years of experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, or technical training development.
• Experience developing training solutions for enterprise IT, networking, server administration, or similar environments.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training using multiple applications or platforms.
• Strong documentation skills for training materials and technical publications.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training solutions for enterprise IT and networking environments.
