• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Proven experience as a training instructor providing in-person and/or virtual learning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulating teaching outline and determining instructional methods.
• Developing curricula and learning objectives and course materials.
• Creating tests and visual aids and conducting training classes.
