Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering teams in a remote-first environment. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle and design sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineers nationwide.

This 50/50 role will balance sourcing and full-cycle activities, partnering with hiring managers to define what exceptional talent looks like for each role and to move candidates through the process efficiently.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Deep sourcing expertise with advanced research techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear, persuasive communication and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful with a sense of urgency.
• Growth mindset and high standards for quality and craft.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from kickoff through offer with precision and velocity.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to surface top-tier candidates for highly competitive engineering roles.
• Lead candidate outreach, convey our mission and team with clarity, and conduct interviews that assess skill and potential.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and define what exceptional talent looks like for each role.
• Maintain a rich pipeline of high-caliber talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience with timely, respectful communication.
• Actively monitor metrics and analyze data trends week over week.
• Balance 50% sourcing with 50% full-cycle activities to optimize recruitment velocity.
