Devop.One is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Partner to lead a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers, driving business development and client partnerships across the globe in a 100% remote setting.

You will design hiring stages, create job specs, source candidates, present shortlisted profiles, and negotiate terms, while contributing to growth and long-term client relationships. This role offers unlimited commission and flexible, freelance-style terms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Led teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.
• Hunter mentality with history of bringing quality clients via business development.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Data-driven communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers and support Talent Acquisition.
• Actively develop our business by bringing quality clients.
• Partner with customers to understand strategic hiring needs and objectives.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Guide and facilitate negotiations through to completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
