Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a technology focus.
- Proven success sourcing and recruiting for software engineers, developers, data scientists, and DevOps.
- Proficient with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define technology talent needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract tech professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition.
- Stay current with tech trends and their impact on recruitment.
