Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a track record of building pipelines for engineering talent.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping and outreach sequencing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track metrics and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich, refreshed pipeline of engineering talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Own market mapping: research landscape, identify target companies and profiles.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to surface passive candidates for competitive roles.
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and articulate our mission clearly.
• Track sourcing metrics and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channels.
