Rerun, a remote-first startup building the multimodal data stack for Physical AI, seeks a Talent Partner to scale our engineering and design hiring across Europe and the US. This delivery-focused recruiter role handles sourcing, screening, and end-to-end interview processes.

You will own searches, build pipelines, assess technical depth, and ensure a great candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Lead. We value ownership, initiative, and startup pace.

Formación

• 5–7 years recruiting in early-stage startups (Seed to Series A-C).
• Full-cycle delivery with ownership of searches from start to close.
• Experience recruiting for technical products: developer tools, AI/ML, robotics.
• Genuine passion for engineering and design hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills and stakeholder relationships.
• High agency, ownership and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Comfort with startup pace and multi-time-zone collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own searches end to end: sourcing, screening, process management and closing.
• Build pipelines through outbound search, referrals and communities.
• Recruit across Viewer, SDK, full-stack, CI/CD and design teams.
• Assess candidates for technical depth and role fit.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation to offer.
• Keep processes organized and moving with autonomy.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition and market insights.
