Talentful is seeking a skilled technical recruiter to find and attract world-class candidates, deeply embed with one client at a time, and partner with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of strategic talent practices across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with Boolean searches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients.
• Utilize deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies.
• Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them understand the value of good talent practice.
• Your focus will be recruiting great people across technical disciplines.
