Job summary

BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist in resolving complex, time-sensitive issues related to ES 1.1x upgrades across the Medstation system. This limited-term assignment is anticipated to last through June 2028 and includes medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.

You will work with a cross-functional ES upgrade team to escalate, troubleshoot, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support for complex medical devices.
• Familiarity with ES 1.1x upgrade processes and regulatory considerations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional ES 1.1x upgrade team to coordinate support.
• Address time-sensitive escalations, site downtime, and remote troubleshooting.
• Dispatch and coordinate with field service technicians as needed.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of ES 1.1x enhancements to improve troubleshooting.
