Job summary

Amplitude, a leading AI analytics platform, is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own customer deployments and drive long-term value across a portfolio of 40–50 accounts. You will lead planning, manage risks, and partner with sales to renew and expand.

You will guide customers through adoption, leverage AI-driven insights, and develop success plans that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 40–50 accounts from presales through renewal.
• Lead deployment planning and implementation, including scoping, kickoff, use case alignment, and coordinating delivery teams.
• Track risks and issues across deployments and drive timely resolutions.
• Monitor portfolio health with AI-augmented signals to accelerate adoption and renewals.
• Drive product adoption with live sessions and identify new use cases to expand value.
• Develop and maintain success plans tied to customer goals and milestones.
• Deliver executive business reviews linking Amplitude usage to measurable impact for renewal/expansion.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion and identify growth opportunities.
