Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own deployment, adoption, and value realization across a 40–50 account portfolio. You will lead planning, manage risks, and partner with sales to drive renewals and expansions.

You will guide customers through onboarding to renewal, leverage AI signals to accelerate adoption, and deliver executive reviews that tie Amplitude usage to measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance.
• 2+ years managing a portfolio of 20+ accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 40–50 accounts from presales to renewal.
• Lead deployment planning, scoping, kickoff meetings, and coordination of delivery.
• Track risks and issues, drive resolution to avoid delays.
• Monitor portfolio health with AI signals to accelerate adoption and renewals.
• Run live sessions to showcase platform capabilities and expand value.
• Build success plans from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Deliver executive reviews linking Amplitude usage to business impact.
