Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own deployments and drive value across a portfolio of 40–50 enterprise accounts. You will coordinate cross‑functional delivery, manage risks, and accelerate adoption while expanding renewals and opportunity pipelines.

You will work with customers to align use cases to platform capabilities, deliver executive reviews, and partner with sales to maximize growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance.
• 2+ years managing 20+ mid‑market or emerging enterprise accounts.
• Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion with sales.
• Experience enabling non-technical teams to become data‑sufficient.
• Excellent communication across engineers to C‑level executives.
• Strong project management in independent, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 40‑50 accounts from presales through renewal.
• Lead deployment planning, scoping, kickoff meetings, use case alignment, and delivery coordination.
• Track risks and issues, drive resolution to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals and drive proactive adoption and renewals.
• Run live sessions to drive product adoption and identify new value use cases.
• Develop success plans with milestones from onboarding to renewal.
• Prepare executive business reviews linking Amplitude usage to business impact.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Act as voice of the customer to shape product feedback and delivery.
