Job summary

Amplitude, the leading AI-first digital analytics platform, seeks a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise. You will own deployment, adoption, and value realization across a book of 40–50 accounts, guiding cross‑functional delivery teams from presales through renewal.

You will build success plans, run executive reviews, and partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansions, while surfacing product feedback to shape Amplitude's roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance.
• 2+ years managing 20+ mid‑market or emerging enterprise accounts.
• Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion.
• Ability to train non-technical teams to be data‑sufficient.
• Excellent communication across technical to C‑level.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 40–50 accounts from presales through renewal.
• Lead deployment planning, kickoff, use case alignment, and delivery coordination.
• Track risks and issues and drive resolution to protect timelines.
• Monitor portfolio health with AI signals to accelerate adoption and renewals.
• Drive product adoption via live sessions and identify new use cases.
• Develop success plans with milestones from onboarding to renewal.
• Build executive reviews linking usage to business impact.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansions.
• Advocate for customers, channeling feedback to product teams.
• Create repeatable playbooks and share best practices.
