Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own deployment, adoption, and value realization across a broad book of enterprise customers. You will lead cross‑functional delivery, coordinate internal and partner teams, and drive renewals and expansions with a data‑driven approach.

You will work with senior stakeholders to map success plans, deliver executive reviews, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes using Amplitude’s AI‑first analytics platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer‑facing role in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance focus
• 2+ years managing a portfolio of 20+ mid‑market or emerging enterprise accounts
• Experience co‑owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline with a sales counterpart
• Experience training non‑technical teams to become data‑sufficient
• Excellent communication skills across technical to C‑level
• Expert‑level project management and ability to thrive independently

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 40‑50 accounts from presales through renewal
• Lead deployment planning and implementation across your book
• Track and manage risks and issues to prevent delays
• Monitor portfolio health using AI‑augmented signals to accelerate adoption and renewals
• Drive product adoption through live sessions and new use cases
• Develop and maintain success plans from onboarding through renewal
• Deliver executive business reviews linking Amplitude usage to business impact
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion opportunities
• Represent the voice of the customer to shape product and delivery
• Create repeatable playbooks and share best practices across the team
