Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own deployment, adoption and value realization across a broad portfolio. You will work from presales through renewal, coordinating internal and partner teams to drive outcomes and expansion.

You will build success plans, run live sessions, and deliver executive reviews that tie platform usage to measurable business impact, while collaborating with Account Executives to grow renewals and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related role in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance as a core priority.
• 2+ years managing 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts.
• Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion with a sales counterpart.
• Experience training non-technical teams to become data-sufficient.
• Excellent communication across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Expert-level project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 40-50 accounts.
• Lead deployment planning, kickoff meetings, use case alignment, and delivery coordination.
• Track and manage risks and issues across active deployments.
• Monitor portfolio health with AI-augmented signals and drive renewals.
• Drive product adoption through live working sessions and new use cases.
• Develop and maintain success plans from onboarding through renewal.
• Build and deliver executive business reviews linking Amplitude usage to business impact.
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to shape product development.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and share best practices across the team.
