Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to own deployment, adoption, and value realization for a portfolio of 40–50 accounts. You will lead cross‑functional delivery from presales through renewal, tracking risks and accelerating adoption with AI-augmented signals.

You will drive executive reviews, partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion, and continuously improve playbooks to scale customer outcomes across the Amplitude platform.

Formación

• 5+ years in CS/Technical Account Mgmt or similar
• 2+ years leading enterprise deployments & data governance
• 2+ years managing 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts
• Experience co-owning renewals & contributing to expansion
• Experience training non-technical teams to become data‑sufficient
• Excellent communication to influence execs & engineers
• Strong project management in fast-paced env.

Responsabilidades

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for 40–50 accounts from presales to renewal
• Lead deployment planning: scoping, kickoff, use case alignment, delivery coordination
• Track risks/issues across deployments and drive resolution
• Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals to accelerate adoption
• Drive product adoption via live sessions and new use cases to expand value
• Develop success plans from onboarding through renewal
• Deliver executive business reviews linking Amplitude usage to business impact
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals and expansion opportunities
• Advocate for customers to influence product direction
• Improve operations with repeatable playbooks and best practices
