Amplitude, the leading AI analytics platform, is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise, to own deployments across 40-50 accounts, guiding adoption and value realization from presales through renewal. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor risks, drive product adoption, and build executive business reviews that connect Amplitude usage to measurable outcomes.

A strong background in data governance and AI agent workflows is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years leading enterprise software deployments with data governance
• 2+ years managing a portfolio of 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts
• Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline
• Experience training non-technical teams to become data-sufficient
• Excellent communication skills influencing engineers to executives
• Expert-level project management in fast-paced enviroments

Responsabilidades

• Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 40-50 accounts from presales through renewal
• Lead deployment planning and implementation across your book with scoping, kickoff meetings, use case alignment, and delivery coordination
• Track and manage risks and issues across active deployments and drive timely resolution
• Monitor portfolio health via AI-augmented signals and proactively accelerate adoption and renewals
• Drive product adoption through live sessions, identify new use cases, and showcase platform capabilities
• Develop and maintain success plans tied to customer goals across onboarding to renewal
• Build executive business reviews connecting Amplitude usage to business impact and renewal opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives on renewals/expansion and coach champions
• Voice of the customer to shape product and delivery
• Develop repeatable playbooks and share best practices across the team
