You will mentor sourcers, refine pitches, and build scalable engagement resources, shaping how the team sources and delivers top talent in AI, data, and software domains.

Qualifications

• Track record owning sourcing across multiple teams or a whole org.
• Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders, influencing what they search for.
• Ability to pre-qualify candidates using comp bands & motivation.
• Demonstrated impact from changing sourcing processes or pitches.
• Mentored sourcers or recruiters, with measurable growth.
• Deep technical market knowledge across engineering, data, product and AI.
• Fluent in modern sourcing & CRM tooling; ability to justify direction with data.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for multiple teams and orgs, coordinating with Directors/VPs.
• Define talent mapping and market research; secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Autonomously scope and land ambiguous projects; identify and mitigate risks.
• Own and evolve the team’s pitch; create reusable engagement resources.
• Coach hiring managers on ideal profiles and panel recommendations.
• Use reporting to diagnose hiring problems and drive changes.
• Define/interview processes to lift conversions & reduce time to fill.
• Mentor sourcers and enable others to mentor, acting as team SME.
