• Mentored sourcers or recruiters with measurable growth.
• Deep technical market knowledge across engineering, data, product and AI.
• Fluent in modern sourcing and CRM tooling; data-driven direction.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for several engineering orgs and collaborate with Directors/VPs.
• Define talent mapping and market research approach; secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Scope and manage ambiguous projects; identify risks early and mitigate.
• Refine the team pitch and develop engagement resources for sourcers.
• Coach hiring managers on ideal profiles and suggested assessments.
• Use reporting to diagnose hiring problems and drive changes.
• Refine interview processes to improve conversion and time-to-fill.
• Mentor other sourcers and enable team coaching.
