Job summary

Brex is seeking a Senior Sourcer II based in San Francisco for a hybrid role that blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The position requires a minimum of three in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu) and up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.

You will lead sourcing for multiple engineering teams, shape talent mapping, and collaborate with Directors and VPs to define what great looks like before a search opens.

Qualifications

• Experience owning sourcing across multiple teams or an entire org.
• Ability to influence Directors and VPs on search parameters.
• Strong knowledge of compensation bands and candidate motivation.
• Proven track record changing how a team sources (process, tool, or pipeline).
• Experience mentoring sourcers or recruiters.
• Deep technical market knowledge across engineering, data, product, and AI.
• Fluent in modern sourcing and CRM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for multiple teams and orgs.
• Define market research and talent mapping approaches for supported orgs.
• Land ambiguous projects, identifying risks early.
• Evolve the team’s pitch and engagement resources.
• Coach hiring managers on ideal profiles and assessments.
• Use reporting to diagnose hiring problems and drive changes.
• Define and adjust interview processes to lift conversion.
• Mentor sourcers and empower others on the team.
