You will own the full cycle, build pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while navigating a fast-growing startup environment.

You will recruit across backend, frontend, infrastructure roles, and manage relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders in a dynamic Bay Area setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineering talent (backend, frontend, infrastructure).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders and managers to define profiles and strategies.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement on recruiting platforms.
