Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Sourcer II to own sourcing strategy across multiple engineering teams, partnering with Directors and VPs to define what great looks like before a search opens. You’ll set talent mapping and market research approaches and win stakeholder buy-in.

You’ll raise the bar by refining the team’s pitch, building engagement resources, and mentoring colleagues while using data to drive hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• A track record owning sourcing across multiple teams or a whole org.
• Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
• Ability to pre-qualify candidates and reset expectations early.
• Has moved sourcing processes, tools, pitches, or pipelines forward.
• Mentored sourcers or recruiters and helped growth of others.
• Deep technical market knowledge across engineering, data, product and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for multiple teams and orgs, partnering with Directors/VPs.
• Define talent mapping and market research approach with stakeholder buy-in.
• Scope and land ambiguous projects across the team, mitigating risks.
• Own and evolve the team’s pitch and engagement resources.
• Coach hiring managers on ideal profiles and assessment needs.
• Use reporting to diagnose hiring problems and drive changes.
• Define and modify interview processes to lift conversions/time-to-fill.
• Mentor sourcers and enable others to mentor on the team.
