Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical support, troubleshooting, or systems engineering in enterprise environments.
• Ideally located on West Coast or able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience; REST and SOAP API/web services; Oracle and SAP environments; Linux/Unix exposure.

Responsibilities

• Act as final escalation point for highly complex client issues; apply expert judgment to drive resolution.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, databases, networking, APIs, Java, Linux, and related technologies.
• Mentor less senior staff, manage escalations from Tier 2, and provide guidance.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and best practice docs for the team.
• Maintain shared test and production environments and participate in on-call rotations.
